The challenge
Agency work is slow to buy: quotes, calls, and scope creep. Nonogram needed a buying path as simple as ordering — pick a package, pay, get launch-ready work.
The approach
Designed and built the platform end-to-end: packaged offers with online ordering and Stripe payments, a Convex-backed operations system, and a client portal for orders, projects, and files.
